Located in beautiful Pagham (West Sussex), our new static caravan occupies a fantastic plot within Haven’s Church Farm holiday park.

Our luxury two bedroom static caravan sleeps up to five people thanks to the sofa bed in the lounge.  There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is an ensuite bathroom adjoining the main bedroom with a sink and toilet. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle plus an additional toilet and sink. The main living area is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge area. 

There is also a small lawn to the rear of the plot. Although there is parking for one family sized car next to the caravan, please note that car parking space is limited. The main facilities of the Park are located 250m from the caravan.

About The Resort

Haven Church Farm is a Five Star Holiday Park located in Pagham (West Sussex) which was rated as ‘excellent’ by the AA in 2025. Although more suited to young families thanks to the myriad of activities and entertainment options onsite, people of any ages will enjoy their time in Pagham due to its incredible location.

Boasting direct access to Pagham Beach, the stunning Pagham Lagoon and the RSPB Nature Reserve, Church Farm is perfect for scenic walks or spotting local wildlife. The indoor and outdoor pools (plus waterslide) are ideal for splash-filled fun, while the 9-hole golf course adds an extra treat for the grown-ups. Other activities for the kids include an arcade, archery, tennis coaching, pedal-karts, crazy golf, junior segways, a NERF training camp, den building, crafts and bungee trampolines.

The park’s Show Lounge offers a range of entertainment for children and adults alike. Church Farm has a fantastic restaurant and bar (called Mash & Barell). There is also a pizzeria and fish & chip shop too.  For self-caterers there is a small supermarket onsite as well. 

Travel To Pagham

Pagham is located in the beautiful English county of West Sussex.  By far the easiest way to travel to Pagham is by car; it is an 85 mile drive South from Central London and a 35 mile drive from Brighton. Portsmouth is a 21 mile drive to the East and Chichester (the capital of Sussex) is just 6 miles to the North.

The nearest train station to Pagham is Chichester. Chichester enjoys direct rail connections to London Victoria, Brighton, Southampton Central and Portsmouth Harbour train stations.

Pagham’s main transport link is the Stagecoach 600 bus service whih connects it directly to Chichester and Bognor Regis. Taxis are also widely available.

Even if you travel from home to Church Farm by car, it is often easier to use the local bus service to visit Chichester. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance to the holiday park and the service runs every 20 minutes. Timetables are available from Church Farm Reception.

The Local Area

Pagham is a fantastic base from which to explore the many treasures of West Sussex and Hampshire. Being close to Bognor Regis, Pagham is located in the sunniest part of the United Kingdom. No other part of mainland Britain receives as many hours of sunshine as this part of West Sussex!

Located a short distance from the South Downs National Park and right next to RSPB Pagham Nature Reserve, nature lovers will adore spending time at Church Farm.  Seals can be spotted regularly in Chichester and Pagham harbours and there is a lage deer park nearby at Petworth House.

Adreleline junkies are well catered for too given the vast aquatic playground in the immediate vicinity. From kite surfing to kayaking, the possibilities are endless.  Children will also love a rampage on the aquatic assault course at Chichester Watersports.

From the UK’s finest sandy beaches to historic castles and stately homes, the area surrounding Chichester offers something for everyone.
