Being diagnosed with cancer was an extremely stressful time and after the chemo and radiotherapy it was a pleasure to have something to look forward to.

I was still exhausted but managed to do the yoga every day. My husband and son tried all the activities they could cram in. We were on the go from the time we got up until the time our heads hit the pillow.
